“I am incredibly proud of the way our industry has risen to meet recent challenges, and I’ve been amazed at how much we’ve been able to accomplish digitally. That said, I predict that by this time next year, once there is a vaccine or treatment for COVID-19, people will be out shopping again, just as much as before. This is a tactile industry, and nothing can replace an in-person presentation of finishes and materials.”
