Susie Novak is a Bay Area designer known for her signature balance of contrasts — homes that are simultaneously vibrant yet soothing, luxurious yet liveable, relatable yet aspirational. After a decade partnering with artists and galleries in New York City and San Francisco, Susie received her certification from the Interior Design and Architecture program at UC Berkeley in 2016. With an artist’s eye, she translates the color, chaos, and beauty of her clients’ lives into environments they can step into and live well in, expertly layering family-friendly spaces that beckon you in and beg you to stay. Today, she calls Oakland, California home where she lives in a 1920s Tudor remodel with her husband and two daughters. Her work has been featured nationally and internationally in Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, Modern Luxury Silicon Valley, WSJ and more.
