As founder and principal of RHG Architecture + Design, with studios in Montclair, New Jersey, and Denver, Colorado, she leads a diverse portfolio spanning residential, hospitality, wellness, commercial, and spiritual environments, guided by her philosophy, Design is Spiritual™.
A recognized voice in wellness-centered design, Rachael is a Global Wellness Institute Ambassador and an active speaker on the connection between the built environment and human wellbeing. Her work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Interior Design, and Interiors, and she was recently featured in LUXE Interiors + Design’s Influential Architects profile. Prior to founding RHG in 2004, she worked with acclaimed New York design studios Tihany Design and S. Russell Groves.
