Swati Goorha is the founder and CEO of Swati Goorha Designs, her eponymous internationally acclaimed design firm. Swati is known for her use of vibrant colors and patterns in world-inspired layered spaces. Swati is multilingual, an avid global traveler, and immerses herself in different cultures. This lends to her design innovativeness, global best-of-breed quality, and unique eclectic perspective. Swati focuses on the dualism of rational architecture and emotional design, ensuring each space caters to the lifestyle and well-being of the person who inhabits it. She practices mindfulness and meditation with training at spiritual retreats globally; this holistic approach permeates her design and space planning with thoughtful consideration of the interaction between physical and emotional. Swati’s work has been featured in House Beautiful, New York Post, Elle Décor, Martha Stewart, HGTV, Vogue India, Economic Times, and other major international publications. She is the founder of a leading eCommerce and social community of interior designers and trades to leverage the strength of the network on best practices, new ideas, and innovative material. She is involved with nonprofit organizations supporting women and children, is an educator teaching design & business for the next generation, and has served on the board of local and international chapters of community-focused foundations. Swati has an MS in Interior Architecture and Design from Drexel University.
