Gala’s creative journey began in 2008 with the launch of M Crown Productions, an award-winning design and production agency. Her early work included designing windows for prestigious brands such as Lacoste,Diesel, and Calvin Klein, and orchestrating high-profile events for clients like Jimmy Choo, Harper’s Bazaar and Mason Martin Margiela. The demanding nature of event production honed her skills and paved the way for a flourishing career in interior design. Gala is dedicated to meticulous attention to detail, creating spaces that are unique and that truly reflect and support her clients while ensuring a stress-free journey along the way. In 2016, she embraced meditation, which sparked her interest in holistic design and mindful- ness practices. This shift led her to transition from events and temporary spaces to permanent interiors, a direction that continues to shape her business mission. And in 2018 Gala launched Gala Magriñá Design- a New York City based commercial and residential, women led, interior design agency that works on projects globally. Her work has been featured in AD Spain, Elle Décor France, Refinery 29 and Forbes. In 2022 she received the IWBI Next Frontier of Design Award for her work as a Well AP advocate. And her goal is to change the world one space and conversation at a time. She believes that if we create mindful environments that have the power to heal and push us to be better versions of ourselves, in doing so we are elevating individual consciousness and in turn, the collective conscious.
