Originally from South Carolina, Byron launched his Washington, DC-based design studio in 2016 after working as a designer in New York City for many years. His first project landed him in the annual designer issue of Home & Design Magazine as “Hot Talent” Since then, he has been published in various magazines and newspapers, including HGTV Magazine, Aspire, Veranda, The Wall Street Journal, House Beautiful, and Architectural Digest. In 2022, Byron was featured as House Beautiful’s “Next Wave” of designers, and he currently serves as the New York Design Center’s Ambassador for “What’s New, What’s Next”. Byron was honored to have also been selected as one of the featured designers in the recent publication of the “Iconic Home ” book. In 2022, Byron participated in the prestigious Kips Bay Dallas Showhouse, curating the outdoor terrace. Byron also designed a children’s room in the 2023 Iconic Home Showhouse in collaboration with Black Interior Designers (BID) and Architectural Digest Magazine. As a firm believer in collaboration and connection, Byron is also a member of several premier organizations, including the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), Black Artists & Designers Guild (BADG), Black Interior Designers (BID), Design Collective DC (DCDC) and the prestigious Design Leadership Network (DLN). Byron’s style is inspired by his love of travel and interiors he has seen worldwide.
