DuVäl, founder of DuVäl Design in Fairfax, VA, is a recognized interior designer seen in AD, House Beautiful, Veranda, and The New York Times. Named “The One to Watch” and part of House Beautiful’s Next Wave, he showcased his work at the Kips Bay Palm Beach Decorator’s Showhouse last year. He served on Marymount University’s Interior Architecture + Design Advisory Council and is now the Chair of the HPMKT Diversity Advocacy Alliance, championing diversity in design. A member of the Design Leadership Network, DuVäl also leads “Business Strategies for Minorities,” advocating for equity in the BIPOC design community. As a serial entrepreneur, he owns Fairfax Kitchen Cabinets, House of DuVäl, and The Interior Design Process, empowering designers to scale their businesses from 6 to 7 figures.
