Georgia Zikas is the Founder and Principal Designer of Georgia Zikas Design, a full service interior design firm creating classically inspired, deeply personal homes throughout New England, the northeast and beyond. Georgia earned her first degree in Communications before studying at the New York School of Interior Design, a background that has shaped her belief that truly successful design begins with listening, understanding, and connection. She began her design career at AD100 firm Gomez Associates (Mariette Himes Gomez) in Manhattan, where she developed her appreciation for antiques, architectural detail, fine art, and exceptional craftsmanship. Today, with over two decades of experience, she is known for creating timeless, enduring interiors that reflect not only how her clients want their homes to look, but how they truly want to live. At the heart of Georgia’s practice is a belief that great design begins with great relationships. Thoughtful communication, trust, collaboration, and a genuine understanding of her clients and their families inform every project, while those same principles and values shape how she leads her team and has grown her firm. Georgia’s work has been featured in Architectural Digest, House Beautiful, Forbes, New England Home, Homes & Gardens, and other leading publications. She is an active board member of the IFDA in New England and also a member of the Design Leadership Network community. She leads Georgia Zikas Design from its HQ Boston studio.
