With a style that’s unrestrained yet very refined, Kati Curtis designs homes that are the visual story of the people living there. Her interiors are bold statements balanced by quiet details, the dark accents in a white room, the well-defined edge that contains a surprise of color.
“One of the biggest trends I anticipate moving forward is fully liveable spaces or “the rise of in-home amenities”. Many of our clients have started to put in added features, but we expect a rise in amenities like home spas, gyms, fully equipped offices, theaters, infrared saunas, and even art galleries included in the design. Technology is evolving too, and I’m starting to design steam closets and other clean tech as we all become more health-conscious.”
