Studio Louis Lin is a New York–based interior design practice shaping modern homes through behavioral insight, nature, color, craft, and moments of whimsy. Grounded in the belief that design should elevate well-being and enrich the rhythms of daily life, the studio creates environments that bring people closer to their homes and to one another.
Louis Lin launched his eponymous studio in 2020, after honing his craft in upscale residential design under former AD100 staple Ike Kligerman Barkley and Cooper Hewitt National Design Award honoree Tsao & McKown Architects. The studio’s philosophy draws from his multidisciplinary background spanning literature, performing arts, animal science, and interior architecture. Each project is approached as an evolving organism, shaped through intuition, imagination, and close collaboration with clients to create homes deeply attuned to the lives and stories of their inhabitants.
